Valentine's: What the Hell is it about???????

It is a day in honor of a saint. It happens on February 14. Some people look forward to it as the day that they will confess their so-called true love to the person they are infatuated with. Others look at it with fear and dread. My reaction is: What's the big deal?? It will happen every year until the day we will die. So what if you can't say your feelings to the person you like?? There is always next year and the next year and the next year and the next year and the next year and the next year! But, in fairness, everytime that Valentine's Day comes, there is always a feeling of hope, that maybe now you will be able to tell the one you love the truth about how you feel. Or, on the other hand, you can just stammer, mumble, and all in all make a total fool of yourself..... I guess it is a matter of luck....
